- Partner with stakeholders to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple regions.
- Develop and optimize local sourcing channels to attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
- Conduct screening and evaluation of candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to improve process efficiency and hiring quality.
- Ensure a compliant and streamlined hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience and sharing talent market insights with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate on global recruitment projects and process improvements with the broader TA team.
- Provide regular hiring updates and local market insights to stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or technology.
- Experience partnering with functional leaders to align talent acquisition with business goals.
- Skilled in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline management.
- Experience in onboarding coordination, ensuring compliance and a positive new hire experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
