- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
- Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
- Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
- Manage all communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance
- Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
- Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
- Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.

- Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists
- Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
