- Building trusted relationships with Members and suppliers to support their success.
- Driving strategic sales initiatives while keeping a close eye on budgets and performance.
- Collaborating across the business to align with broader organisational goals.
- Identifying opportunities, solving problems, and adapting to change with confidence.
- A strong grasp of business and corporate legislation (especially Trade Practices/Competition and Consumer Law is a plus).
- Solid MS Office skills and a knack for adapting to new tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sharp analytical thinking and a solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation strength.
- Proven leadership skills-you know how to guide, influence, and get results.
- 3-5 years in a Sales or Marketing leadership role, ideally in finance, vehicle, equipment, or broking sectors.
- Experience selling credit products in the finance industry.
- Exposure to Co-operatives or Member-based organisations is a bonus.
- Familiarity with tools for gathering and modelling business requirements.
