As Project Manager, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle management of brownfield projects, focusing on water infrastructure. These works include, but are not limited to, Pump and telemetry infrastructure upgrades, pipeline installations, and borefield construction for advanced dewatering.You will lead cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. A strong understanding of project governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management will be key to ensuring alignment with site operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and close-out, in accordance with company governance and compliance frameworks.
- Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors, engineers, contractors, and support personnel across multiple work fronts.
- Ensure seamless integration of project activities with existing operations, minimising downtime and disruption.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across all works.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate management strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors, ensuring alignment across technical and commercial requirements.

- Technical understanding of water systems, including drainage, pipelines, and pumping infrastructure.
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in project management within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, especially in remote or high-pressure environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering (mechanical/structural preferred) or a trade background with extensive site-based project delivery experience are required.
