- Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes
- Ability to contribute to menu planning

- Ability to handle large service numbers
- Exceptional customer care and service skills and knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS
- Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
- Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
- Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Should be able to control and manage daily kitchen functions
- A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Be flexible with working hours
