About the roleAre you a confident and ambitious recruiter with a passion for the Civil and Building Trades industry? We're looking for a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Parramatta.You'll be taking over a warm, well-established desk with a strong network of national clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and capitalize on significant earning potential.What you'll be doing:
  • Focus on recruiting for a variety of trades roles, including excavators, pipe layers, carpenters, and painters.
  • Proactively manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling everything from business development to client and candidate management.
  • Conduct regular client site visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Source, screen, and place top-tier talent
  • Work autonomously and manage your desk to maximize your potential.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment or a related sales role within the trades or construction industry.
  • A confident, ambitious, and highly motivated personality who thrives in a client-facing environment.
  • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable visiting client sites and building a strong network.
  • Someone who is self-motivated and doesn't require micromanagement to succeed.
