As part of a not-for-profit organisation, our commercial success supports the social impact initiatives of our parent company, MTC Future Ready.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to establish and grow their own 360 permanent desk. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing clients to placing candidates-while being supported by a Business Development Manager, a list of lapsed clients, and a collaborative team.Key Requirements
  • Minimum two years' recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to win and manage client relationships
  • Experience running a 360 desk
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • CRM experience is advantageous
