- Diploma or tertiary qualifications in business, management, policy, administration, company secretarial, legal administration, project or program management or related discipline, or relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the use of the Microsoft suite and the ability to use video conferencing software.
- Experience in providing secretariat support to high level planning committees including well-developed minute taking skills in a formal meeting environment.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and exercise a high degree of confidentially and discretion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to successfully communicate (written or oral) at a high level, form positive working relationships, adapt to audience, problem-solving skills and proven ability to manage conflicts.
- Organisational awareness and understanding of the complexity of the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services sector.
- Current NT Drivers License
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel and work from remote locations.
