If you are a strategic and driven professional looking for a career as a Project Manager this opportunity is for you to join a growing Australian technology company.The candidate must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for a security clearance.About the role:The Project Manager plans, estimates, and manages internal and external projects within EOS Space Systems. The successful candidate will manage the planning and delivery of a range of next generation Space System and High energy laser capabilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Responsible for the definition and management of assigned projects in accordance with contracted requirements and EOS Space Systems procedures.
Oversight of project resources to ensure compliance to requirements while managing cost and schedule performance.
Identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholders in the delivery of EOS Space Systems projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be the main point of contact for assigned projects.
Report on assigned project status, opportunities, and risks to EOS Space Systems senior management periodically, as contracts and internal communication patterns require.
Support a work environment that complies with company policies and procedures.

Experience:

You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex defence projects.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Previous experience managing projects with the Department of Defence and/ or Defence prime contractors.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of engineering will be highly regarded.
You are able to work 5 days in the office.
