KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Lead business analysis activities for IAM and PAM initiatives, collaborating with cybersecurity, technology, and business teams to define and document requirements.
  • Analyse workflows and systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Risk teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration of applications into the IAM platform.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and articulate complex IAM/PAM processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with compliance, risk, and security frameworks.
  • Translate intricate security concepts into actionable business deliverables.
  • Take ownership of challenges, collaborating with teams to drive solutions.
  • Support the successful execution of multiple cybersecurity initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in identity governance (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), vulnerability remediation, multi-factor authentication, and other cybersecurity-related projects.
  • Expert-level capability in gathering, validating, analysing, assessing, and documenting business requirements with comprehensive scoping and stakeholder analysis.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and managing customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Advanced proficiency in creating flow charts, process flow diagrams, solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and swim lane diagrams using established methodologies.
  • Experience with handover documentation, including STOP procedures, Knowledge Articles, and IT Close Checklists.
  • Experience across Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitor & Control, and Closing phases.
  • Proficient in Waterfall and Agile project/application methodologies.
  • Strong background in test methodologies, reviews, documentation, and proof of concept development.
  • Strong track record managing relationships with stakeholders, functional heads, project teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Experience planning deployments with stakeholders, communicating timelines, and developing roll-over/roll-back strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive, business and technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change and stakeholder expectations.
  • Previous proven experience working in either of the IAM and PAM technologies, including OneIdentity, Safeguard, Entra ID, and will be an advantage
  • Comprehensive experience creating Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Acceptance Plans, RAID logs, Project Readiness assessments, Cut-over Plans, and Post Implementation Report.
