- Manage complex agribusiness customer relationships across Westpac's brands nationally
- Deliver tailored restructuring strategies to support customers and mitigate risk
- Brisbane office base preferred, with flexibility to be based in other locations in this national role portfolio
- Extensive agribusiness experience and credit assessment capability
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with excellent business acumen
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers and external advisors (e.g. insolvency firms, lawyers)
- Deep understanding of loan structures, documentation, and security
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset
- A strong grasp of the capital impact of stressed/impaired exposures and how to balance customer and bank outcomes
