  • Current Construction Induction card.
  • Previous Spray Seal/Asphalt experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and motivating crews
  • In-depth understanding of road projects and asphalt and Spray Seal operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of technical and contractual requirements
  • A commitment to safety and Zero Harm principles
