- Leading the end-to-end development of brand strategy across all consumer and enterprise brands in the TPG Telecom portfolio
- Owning and managing the annual brand planning process, embedding brand strategy into marketing activity and media execution
- Overseeing brand governance, architecture, identity, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with business priorities
- Leading the brand team, including the Brand Manager, to deliver integrated campaigns, brand partnerships, and key initiatives that build brand equity and drive preference
- Partnering closely with Product, Media, Digital, and Retail teams to bring brand strategies to life across every channel
- Managing external creative and brand agencies to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with brand objectives
- Developing and overseeing budgets to ensure strategic investment in brand activity drives measurable impact
- Influencing and engaging internal stakeholders at all levels to champion the role of brand in achieving business growth
- Fostering a strong team culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with significant experience in developing brand strategy and managing cross-functional marketing teams
- Proven experience leading brand transformation initiatives within large, complex or fast-moving industries (telecommunications or tech experience desirable)
- Demonstrated expertise in brand architecture, positioning, identity systems, and measurement
- Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience coaching and mentoring team members
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels
- Highly strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable brand plans
- Commercial acumen and experience working with media and performance marketing teams
- Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline (MBA or postgrad qualification desirable)
