- Bachelor's Degree, preferably; marketing, or business, or science, or medicine, or a similar relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 7-8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and preferably a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a (senior) product manager, ideally with launch experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Experience in Specialty Care highly preferred.
- Ability to take on medical and technical information and translate into clear communication as per defined strategies
- Ability to lead local cross-functional teams and work closely with Global functions
- Strong business acumen, with a clear mindset and experience for project planning, work load prioritisation, and proactively delivering to deadlines.
- Sound technical knowledge and an ability to effectively impart technical knowledge to Medical Specialists, Hospital Pharmacists etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Effective presentation skills are necessary for product training and medical presentations.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing tools and sales engagement models.
- Understanding of the compliance and regulatory environment.
- Solid analytical skills and creativity are vital to assist with the development of effective marketing and business plans.
- IT proficiency in business-related packages - MS Office 365, Veeva, Salesforce.
- Proficient in English.
- Valid / Unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
- Completed Medicines Australia CEP program.
