  • Ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay.
  • Work as part of our Front Office team to deliver outstanding service and ensuring that service standards are maintained (including training and development of our team).
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.
  • Address guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Skills & Experience
  • You'll have previous experience in a similar role a willingness to learn new skills and step outside of your comfort.
  • You will be able to maintain your composure during the peak moments
  • You'll have exceptional customer service skills with a temperament to match.
  • You'll have the capability to work mornings & evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • To work in Australia, one must either be an Australian resident or possess the necessary working rights as no sponsorships will be offered
