Depending on your experience, you will oversee 15 to 20+ dwellings simultaneously, coordinating trades, scheduling materials, and managing all site activities from civil groundwork through to final handover.This is a hands-on supervisory role where your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering homes on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities- Manage 15 to 20+ residential builds concurrently- Supervise all on-site trades and oversee construction phases- Coordinate job scheduling, materials, and subcontractors- Liaise with internal teams, including Estimators and Drafters- Lead and support site staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards- Troubleshoot and resolve construction and design challenges as they ariseWhat You'll Need- Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying (essential)- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (essential)- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in residential construction- Strong background in volume or project home building- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams- Valid Driver's LicenseBenefits- Work with an experienced and supportive team and management- Access to ongoing training and professional development- Long-term, stable role with a growing companyAbout the CompanyOur client is a respected name in the residential building industry, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
