  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support availability while minimising excess and obsolescence.
  • Establish accurate supply forecasts that account for seasonal trends and production variability to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are accurate and consistently met.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to uphold inventory accuracy and system integrity.
  • Design and execute inventory planning strategies that align with business needs and seasonal trends.
  • Produce and interpret inventory reports to highlight patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with procurement to forecast demand and manage timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure all inventory practices comply with internal policies and relevant industry standards.
  • Communicate inventory status and key updates clearly across internal teams to support decision-making.
