Join a leading automotive group and take your career to the next level!We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Specialist to join our dynamic team at Subaru Penrith. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing finance applications, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through tailored finance and insurance solutions.About the RoleAs an F&I Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our instore and online sales teams. Your responsibilities will include managing financial applications, ensuring legal compliance, and maximising finance opportunities for our customers. You will also liaise directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional finance and insurance experience.Further to the above your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Partner with instore and online teams to provide F&I support and handle escalated cases.
Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
Sell bundled products like service plans and ensure proper inclusion in contracts.
Manage end-to-end commercial applications and support Business Development Centre customers.
Follow up on cash deals to maximize F&I opportunities.
Adhere to compliance standards, including FSRA requirements, privacy provisions, and legal codes.

About YouThe successful applicant will have the following attributes:

Previous experience in financial services.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Confidence with MS Office and digital platforms.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to diverse needs.
Accreditation by relevant financiers.
Previously exposure to the automotive industry, specifically in F&I - desirable
