- Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational transformation and a new operating model.
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Support leaders in navigating people implications of structural change, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and employment regulations.
- Develop and implement practical solutions to enhance organisational capability, engagement, and performance during transformation.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing strategic insight with pragmatic problem-solving.
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with organisational objectives, culture, and long-term workforce strategy.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role.
- Strong background in government, public sector, or other highly complex, regulated environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, operating model implementation, and large-scale change.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior leaders, and manage multiple stakeholders with diplomacy.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employee relations, and workforce strategy.
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.
