This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of a new operating model, ensuring that people, culture, and organisational design considerations are effectively embedded.The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, drawing on their experience in complex organisations-preferably within government, public sector, Universities, or similarly regulated environments-to shape and drive strategic HR initiatives.The opportunity #yourroleBy joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational transformation and a new operating model.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, organisational design, and change management in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Support leaders in navigating people implications of structural change, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and employment regulations.
  • Develop and implement practical solutions to enhance organisational capability, engagement, and performance during transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing strategic insight with pragmatic problem-solving.
  • Ensure alignment of HR practices with organisational objectives, culture, and long-term workforce strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role.
  • Strong background in government, public sector, or other highly complex, regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, operating model implementation, and large-scale change.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior leaders, and manage multiple stakeholders with diplomacy.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employee relations, and workforce strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.
