As a Recruitment Consultant in our Randstad Trades and Labour team, you'll play a key role in finding, engaging, and managing top talent for permanent Mechanical and Electrical Trades positions. This role, based in our Parramatta office, is a perfect fit for a sales-driven team player with experience in Mechanical Trades, Engineering Trades, or any Blue Collar recruitment. You'll work a semi-warm desk, building strong client and candidate relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes in our great culture, where your input is valued and your success is recognized.Responsibilities
- Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
- Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment agency experience locally
- You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
- A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
