- Lead business development initiatives across Australia, focusing on private healthcare infrastructure modernisation.
- Collaborate closely with remote technical and subject matter experts – acting as a key conduit between stakeholders and the company’s delivery teams.
- Ensure the company is specified by architects early in the design phase of projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client presentations.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to senior stakeholders in construction, architecture, and healthcare.
- Understanding of commercial design and construction pathways.
- Ability to work collaboratively and leverage internal subject matter experts.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen to position healthcare solutions as long-term investments.
- Existing relationships within the private hospital network is desirable.
- Experience in healthcare, architectural consulting, or commercial construction.
- Previous experience working with or selling to architects.
