- Develop, review, and manage schedules using contemporary scheduling systems.
- Coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects and future pipelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and training teams to schedule apprentices for competency achievement.
- Maintain program dashboards and provide accurate reporting on schedules and resource utilisation.
- Consult with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues and escalate where required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web App (or equivalent).
- Proven scheduling experience, ideally within construction/project delivery.
- Project or construction management experience highly regarded.
- High-level interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
