About the RoleReporting to the Director, this position supports delivery teams to ensure projects and programs are scheduled effectively, with efficient resource allocation to achieve utilisation targets, forward planning, and apprentice training outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and manage schedules using contemporary scheduling systems.
  • Coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects and future pipelines.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and training teams to schedule apprentices for competency achievement.
  • Maintain program dashboards and provide accurate reporting on schedules and resource utilisation.
  • Consult with delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues and escalate where required.
About YouYou will bring strong scheduling experience, ideally within construction or large project environments, and advanced data analysis skills. Your ability to interpret complex project documentation, build collaborative relationships, and communicate clearly with stakeholders will be essential to success in this role.Key Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and Project Web App (or equivalent).
  • Proven scheduling experience, ideally within construction/project delivery.
  • Project or construction management experience highly regarded.
  • High-level interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
