- Casual opportunity (3+ months) with consistent full time hours, with strong potential for extension based on performance.

- Up-skill by attaining your RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance/Advice certification!
- 6-12 months of recent contact centre experience (last two years).
- Financial services experience? A bonus!
- Already have your RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance/Advice certification? - Even better!
- A people-first mindset - you genuinely care about helping customers.
- Outstanding communication skills - clear, warm, and adaptable. You know the importance of slowing down, adjusting tone depending on the caller.
- Empathy & patience - you guide customers like a pro.
- Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 7 PM rosters, 37.5 hrs/week on a casual basis).
