- Full month-end accounting - P&L, accruals, prepayments, variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations, cheque processing
- General ledger maintenance and journal entries
- Allocating payments to debtor accounts, issuing refunds, and confirming invoice settlements
- Assist with year-end reporting
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries
- Assisting with process improvements and system enhancements
- Accounting experience, ideally in high-volume environments
- Previous exposure to month-end processes
- Strong Excel skills essential - vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience using MYOB Advanced (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management
- Proactive attitude - switched-on, eager to learn, and take initiative
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment
- Happy to commit to 5 days working in the office
