Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation of financial solutions, while proactively managing risk

Have a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape, with exposure to horticulture and broadacre cropping a bonus.
Excel in deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions

Are confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers
