- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
- Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
- Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
- Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
- Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
- Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.
- Thrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community.
- Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.
- Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- A heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
- A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
