Someone who puts excellence, compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As the Social Media Manager reporting to the National Director of Communications and Brand, you will take the lead on a dynamic social media strategy to tell the St Vincent's story across the country. This isn't just a content creation role; it's a chance to be a key voice for an organisation that has been a leader in healthcare for over 165 years. As well as steering the national social media strategy for the organisation, you’ll be a hands-on content creator, producing, filming, and editing captivating digital assets. You will also be a brand champion, using your expertise to ensure our campaigns hit their mark and make a real impact on our mission of providing better, fairer care. Always.This is a new and exciting permanent full-time position based in our Group Head Office in Sydney on a hybrid working arrangement. Interstate travel may be required to film spokespeople and teams as required.Things that work for us:
Bachelor's degree in social media, media production, design, or a relevant field
At least 5-7 years of experience working in a high-impact, high-profile communications team
Demonstrated experience leading the development of a comprehensive, whole-of-organisation social media strategy
Demonstrated experience managing social media monitoring and reporting
Demonstrated experience positively contributing to teams
Expertise in filming video and managing full production for creative assets (filming, editing, sound design, and graphic design)
High level of proficiency in digital media assets, equipment, and software such as Canva, Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Lightroom, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in a high-pressure and complex work environment
A positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude
