Catering HQ is seeking a talented and committed marketing professional to join our growing team. This role will develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and content strategies that grow brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business results.THE BRANDCatering HQ is a family run company that was established in 1996. We currently have 13 fabulous venues across Sydney. We believe in striving for excellence at all times and pride ourselves on having an experienced and dedicated team who love their work and their work environment.KEY DUTIESContent Creation and Social Media Management
  • Create engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics consistent with brand identity.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build an active online presence.
  • Optimise strategies based on audience behaviour, platform trends, and algorithm changes
  • Write copy for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring tone and messaging align with brand voice.
Analytics and Brand Performance
  • Enhance website visibility in search engines to attract more traffic through optimising website structure.
  • Measure campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Reporting on performance and identifying content trends
  • Share insights with the marketing team to guide creative decisions
KEY QUALITIES
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media management
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media management
  • Highly organised, collaborative and proactive
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS and CRM.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field highly regarded. Or Relevant industry experience equivalent to quals
  • 1-3 years proven experience in a marketing and communications role
