You will also play a supporting role in enhancing our cashflow by effectively managing and collecting outstanding debts!In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll with a wide variety of clients, ensuring each day brings new challenges and excitement. Be a key player in our vibrant community and play a pivotal role in BlueRock’s growth journey.What you'll be doing:What can you expect in your day to day? Well, you will have the opportunity to:🔍Evaluate credit applications with a keen eye to assess the creditworthiness of our entrepreneur customers!📞 Establish meaningful connections with our clients through regular phone contact.🤖 Leverage cutting-edge technology to optimise debt collection processes.🚀 Contribute to building a best-of-breed financial process that streamlines our business operations.About Operations teamBlueRock Operations supports our advisory divisions to make our BlueRock employees’ lives easier! Our Operations team comprises finance, people & culture, marketing and IT professionals. We are pioneers of innovation and are always on the lookout for ways to improve processes so our teams can get back to the important stuff, supporting our clients.About You:· 3+ year’s experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial/professional services environment, working with multiple stakeholders· Strong Microsoft Excel skills· Fantastic people skills and love working with good peopleBenefitsOur people love to work for us, here’s why!
