
Client Director, Trade Credit

- Lead with technical excellence and drive exceptional client outcomes
- Develop and manage innovative, best-in-class solutions, services and capabilities across Aon Credit Solutions.

- Responsible for the retention and growth of Aon clients, including sales strategy development and execution
- Leading the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex Credit Insurance programs
- Providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure exceptional client relationship management and retention
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our Trade Credit offering, including cross-sell and new business initiatives
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets for retention and growth, both within existing accounts and through new business development
- Collaborates with Aon colleagues and third-party partners (e.g., carriers) to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their needs Proactively builds strategic external partnerships and relationships to fulfill client needs
- Designs and delivers marketing activities linked to overall regional business plan
- Drives growth, innovation, performance standards and capability building
- Mentor and assisting junior team members.
- Extensive senior experience within broking or underwriting with a minimum 3 years in a management role
- Exceptional understanding of credit insurance solutions and credit risk management for large, sophisticated clients.
- Extensive trade credit insurance mandatory; structured credit and surety knowledge and experience are highly regarded.
- Proven ability to achieving sustainable growth with existing and new clients
