We’re hiring Customer Support Representatives on behalf of a large, purpose-driven government organisation supporting Queenslanders through work-related injury and recovery. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide empathetic, solution-focused support that truly matters.What’s the Role About?You’ll join a high-performing contact centre team responding to inbound calls from injured workers and employers. This is a structured, fast-paced environment—perfect for someone who thrives on routine, efficiency, and helping others through tough situations.Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Answering inbound queries about premiums, claims, and policies
- Providing accurate information and guiding callers through complex systems
- Using clear procedures to resolve issues or escalate when required
- Calculating premium amounts and processing transactions
- Documenting all customer interactions with precision and care
- Experience in call centres, customer service, retail, medical reception, or banking
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A solutions-focused mindset and comfort working within clear frameworks
- Confidence navigating multiple systems while on a call
- 4 weeks of paid, classroom-based training to set you up for success
