About the roleThe Revenue Growth Manager is a key business role partnering directly with senior management across multiple divisions reporting directly to the Finance Director. In this stand-alone role you will partner with a range of business units to provide recommendations on strategic pricing, promotion mix, trading terms, and analysis and insights to support the executive team in achieving their strategic ambitions in a competitive market.Duties
  • Lead the Revenue Growth division to drive strategic growth performance
  • Contribute to decision making through financial modelling, insights and analysis of key performance drivers
  • Review pricing strategies and make recommendations around elasticity & impact on other channels
  • Business Partner with key divisions to build business plans and strategies
  • Support the business with financial analysis, customer profitability analysis, cost analysis, and drive corrective action
  • Develop promotional calendars in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing teams including product mix
  • Lead post-promotion analysis to measure success and improve future promotions
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports
  • Prepare scenario modelling for impacts on volume & mix by retailer
  • Review trade spend and provide recommendations on ROI improvements
  • Drive process improvement in the finance reporting function
  • Develop & maintain dashboards to review KPIs and drive category performance
  • Encourage continuous improvement, automation and implement best practices
Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years commercial / revenue growth experience (pricing strategies & product mix)
  • FMCG experience
  • Excellent communication to liaise with cross divisional c-suite
  • Strong analytics skills interpreting data and providing recommendations
  • Advanced leadership, coaching, mentoring and team development skills
