- Develop and implement strategic people plans to enable business success across areas such as talent management, talent development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement or leadership development.
- Drive organizational designs and efficiencies within teams as part of transformation initiatives.
- Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to business leaders.
- Lead the Strategic Workforce Plan across the teams that you support with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders and managers, building future talent needs and ensuring succession bench strength.
- Coordinate with “centres of excellence” (e.g., Talent Acquisition, People Solutions or Compensation & Benefits) to deliver on business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage tools and technologies for data insights supporting organizational development and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Experience working within engineering industry or/and product development advantageous
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into innovative people plans
- Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline as well as exploring thought leadership to define and resolve complex problems
- Experience supporting change management in a rapidly evolving environment
- Highly developed and demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills working with both employees and management at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.
- Experience leveraging data to develop insights and proposals to enhance organisational effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structures
- Experience working in a multi-country role with exposure to a variety of cultures across APAC region would be an advantage.
