You’ll champion cutting-edge solutions that reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomes—empowering providers to deliver the highest standard of care.This is a Victoria based role that will also cover Tasmania with a short trip approximately every 2 months.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
Build strong relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Deliver product demos, educational sessions, and training programs
Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Minimum Requirements

Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market analysis skills
Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in health, business or related field (preferred)
