- Create and distribute client-specific reports & additional reports as required
- Input customer data in customer portals & handle customer queries
- Follow up on service delivery for national key accounts
- Track outstanding invoices for national key accounts and follow up as required
- Provide regional support to all branch administrators nationally to ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to national key accounts
- Support management for preparation of national tenders, reporting tasks, and other ad-hoc administrative requests as required
- Experience in an administration or customer service role
- Previous construction or associated industry experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team
