You’ll lead the charge in expanding our reach in the compliance sector, connecting with decision-makers, and delivering smart, tailored solutions that make a difference.If you're a confident communicator who thrives on activity and can turn conversations into opportunities — we want to meet you.Reporting to the BDM Team Lead, this is a permanent full-time role to be based either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesDriving new business and uncovering new opportunitiesBuilding authentic, value-based relationships with clientsUsing our sales methodology to guide the full sales cycleCollaborating closely with a high-performing, supportive teamLeading client meetings, demos, and solution presentationsNegotiating deals and getting creative with proposalsContributing ideas, energy, and momentum to a fast-moving sales teamRequirements3+ years of B2B sales experience with a background in Business, Finance, tech sales or a related fieldProven experience smashing BDM targets, ideally in the compliance or legal tech spaceA strong track record managing full sales cycles end to endTop-tier presentation and communication skillsConfidence engaging with C-level stakeholders in a consultative mannerSolid CRM skills (Salesforce knowledge = bonus points)Work in a way that works for you
