This full-time, permanent role is based in Glen Waverley and is perfect for someone with a pharmaceutical or scientific background who enjoys hands-on technical work and working directly with clients.About the Role:
In this field-based role, you will:

Install, service, and repair high-end laboratory instruments (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy, and diagnostic systems)
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
Troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates to the highest standards
Maintain detailed service records and follow compliance protocols
Build strong relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, clinical, and research settings

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role
Background in pharmaceuticals, medical labs, or scientific environments
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Qualification in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline
Valid driver’s licence required
