Your ImpactWe're looking for a reliable and people-focused Warehouse Team Leader to support our warehouse operations at Prospect. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team of voice pickers and forklift drivers, helping coordinate daily tasks and keeping operations running safely and smoothly.You'll be a key support on the floor-motivating your team, managing basic workflow, and promoting a strong safety culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience leading a team, who's ready to take the next step in their development within a supportive team environment.Please note: This role is on a 24/5 roster on Afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm).Key Responsibilities

Lead a small team of operators to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently and safely
Coordinate shift priorities and adjust to workflow changes as needed
Provide guidance to new or casual team members, including basic training
Monitor team performance and support a positive, productive team culture
Encourage safe work practices and ensure hazards are reported and addressed
Support basic system updates in SAP and Excel (training provided)

About YouYou're a hands-on leader who understands how to get the best from your team through consistency and support.

Previous experience in people leadership or supervisory role, ideally within warehousing or logistics
A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
Confidence in managing performance and supporting your team day-to-day
A safety-first mindset and willingness to lead by example
Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
Exposure to SAP or Excel is helpful, but not essential
