Primary Location SA - Regency ParkJob Description Summary Exciting Opportunity to join our team as Field SupervisorAbout the RoleService Stream’s Fixed Communications division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our Field Services team. Reporting directly to the Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Services Manager in the day to day operations activities and contractor management functions within the NBN Unify Services contract. Based in Regency Park (SA), and offered on a Permanent, Full Time basis, this position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities

Lead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractors
Ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and procedures
Coordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractors
Liaise with the client and its customers to appropriately manage the client’s network and plant
Liaise with and make all arrangements with Public Authorities for provision of services to the network and working in public areas
Arrange reports to management and the customer on the status of work
Undertake scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure production targets are met
Ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and procedures

Skills and Experience

Relevant technical qualifications
Experience within Telecommunications industry
Previous experience meeting targets/budgets
Flexible approach and well-developed contract management skills
NBN Enable accepted accreditation is an advantage
