What you will do:
  • Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a varied caseload, including adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement personalised therapy plans tailored to individual needs
  • Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
  • Mentor and support junior staff to foster their professional development
  • Engage in continuous professional learning to stay at the forefront of speech pathology practices
  • Provide support to individuals living with permanent and significant disabilities, particularly focusing on NDIS expertise
  • Utilise strong communication skills to engage with clients and families, establishing a trusting and productive relationship
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
