What you will do:

Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a varied caseload, including adults and children with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement personalised therapy plans tailored to individual needs
Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Mentor and support junior staff to foster their professional development
Engage in continuous professional learning to stay at the forefront of speech pathology practices
Provide support to individuals living with permanent and significant disabilities, particularly focusing on NDIS expertise
Utilise strong communication skills to engage with clients and families, establishing a trusting and productive relationship

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
