What you will do:

Provide expert leadership and supervision to a team of skilled speech pathologists.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for individuals, with a focus on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and communication disorders, and tailor interventions accordingly.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
Engage in continuous professional development and mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities.

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist - Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and be registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). With a minimum of three years of experience in the field, particularly with expertise in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the successful applicant will provide high-quality support to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities.Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology.
Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Minimum of three years of experience with NDIS expertise.
Proven ability to provide support to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities.

Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience as a senior clinician.
Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
