Access theYour new role:We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Metro South@Home team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to patients in both community and residential care settings.This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert clinical care and contribute to service development within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patients within community and residential care settings.
Act as a clinical reference point for the team, providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.
Supervise, educate, and mentor less experienced clinicians, students, and allied health assistants.

About you:We are looking for an experienced and motivated clinician who is passionate about improving outcomes for patients and supporting a collaborative team culture.

Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex speech pathology services with a strong evidence-based approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across disciplines, patients, and carers.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage complex caseloads in dynamic clinical environments.
Leadership capability with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff and contributing to service improvement.
