Access theYour new role:We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Metro South@Home team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to patients in both community and residential care settings.This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert clinical care and contribute to service development within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
- Provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patients within community and residential care settings.
- Act as a clinical reference point for the team, providing expert advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.
- Supervise, educate, and mentor less experienced clinicians, students, and allied health assistants.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex speech pathology services with a strong evidence-based approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across disciplines, patients, and carers.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage complex caseloads in dynamic clinical environments.
- Leadership capability with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff and contributing to service improvement.
