Supplier Account Representative

- Provide ongoing support to Suppliers using the CAPlink system.
- Reconcile accounts for Suppliers not yet on the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist Suppliers with a variety of queries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
- Manage a Portfolio of our Preferred suppliers and support them in growing their business with Capricorn members.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- At least one year in a customer service role where communication and problem-solving were key.
- Previous experience with account reconciliation in a high-accuracy service environment.
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent is preferred.
- You're organised, methodical, and thrive in both team settings and independent tasks.
- You remain calm under pressure and treat colleagues with respect.
