Supplier Support Officer (6 Month Fixed Term)

- Provide hands-on support to suppliers using the CAPlink system.
- Run monthly reports to identify missing data and follow up with suppliers to ensure complete processing.
- Keep supplier details up to date and accurate.
- Resolve supplier queries with precision and professionalism-first contact resolution is your goal.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved matters to the Supplier Services Manager when needed.
- Monitor supplier sales trends and credit balances to maintain data integrity.
- Investigate member credits to ensure proper entitlement.
- Format CSV files for system processing and manually enter invoices and credits into Epicor when required.
- Support the Operations Coordinator with onboarding new suppliers, terminations, and advertising initiatives (Purple Pages and Sparks).
- Provide operational support to Customer Service when needed.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in account reconciliation with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (preferred).
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
