- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Respond to guest queries with warmth and professionalism
- Provide local knowledge and information on hotel services and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all bookings are correctly recorded
- Answer emails and phone calls promptly and courteously
- Support breakfast service and our very popular Hosted Hour
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure service excellence
- Help resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Contribute to a positive team environment that delivers memorable experiences
- A natural people person with a warm, professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a great attitude is more important
- Comfortable with technology – experience using hotel systems is a plus
- RSA preferred; barista/bar experience also welcomed
