Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial, you’ll work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels.Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining robust financial models for pricing, bids, and business cases
- Delivering detailed reporting across revenue, margin, volume, and cost-to-serve metrics
- Conducting customer and segment profitability analysis
- Performing variance and root cause analysis to identify risks and opportunities
- Reviewing commission outcomes and pipeline performance trends
- Contributing to key commercial projects and process enhancements
- Presenting insights and pricing rationale to clients and stakeholders
Ideal profile:
- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial analysis, pricing, financial modelling, or a similar role
- Strong Excel and data interpretation skills; ERP experience advantageous
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
- Skilled communicator with strong business partnering abilities
- Understanding of cost drivers, margin levers, and commercial risk
- Work directly with senior commercial leaders and experienced analysts
- Exposure to both strategic pricing and commercial decision-making
- Genuine progression pathways and ongoing mentorship
