- Develop Trend Micro business within an assigned quota-bearing territory with emphasis on revenue generation to new organizations and on new sales to existing Trend Micro customers.
- Researching companies for cloud security & enterprise cybersecurity opportunities
- Tele-profiling existing leads and contacts and understanding customers’ pain points and requirements for cloud security solutions
- Converting these leads into opportunities and driving them to closure independently
- Through nurture efforts, creating higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
- You will have full control over the accounts you’re assigned to and hone your sales skills
- Candidates must have a proven track record in an outbound sales role in a B2B environment.
- Fluent verbal and written communications skills in English
- The ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to bring the conversation forward
- The ability to translate complex technology into easy-to-understand business language
- The ability to handle objections and find the opportunities in rejections
- Persistence and proactivity in following up with customers
- Time management skills juggling multiple customer conversations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and the discipline to track all leads in the system
