Our client is a Global consulting company looking for a candidate supporting cutting-edge audiovisual (AV) and digital learning spaces. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional support and thrive under pressure, this could be the role for you.Responsibilities

Providing high-quality technical support for AV and video conferencing systems
Ensuring all AV equipment is fully operational, secure, and functioning effectively by diagnosing and resolving faults promptly.
Experience with Windows operating systems
Logging all bookings, service requests, and incidents accurately, adhering to internal procedures and documentation standards.
Must be able to work between 12 pm to 8 PM
