- Working closely with regional Sales Leadership and Global Field Marketing Director to develop and execute regional go-to-market plans and strategies to drive topline growth and utilisation, generate demand, and support commercial goals.
- Leveraging and amplifying global demand generation programs within the local region to ensure the right message is delivered to the target audience at the regional level. Ensure regions are effectively supported within global Demand Team plans.
- Localising and regionalising global marketing campaigns and content for East Asian and Southeast Asian countries as well as India, Australia and New Zealand with a focus on specific industries and personas. To execute will require working closely with both Content and Demand teams to understand content library and calendar and to feed in specific regional content requirements.
- Planning and executing in region the following: ABM field programmes, events, demand generation and other programmes that create net new and expansion opportunities for target Accounts and industry segments in line with regional sales objectives.
- Devising, planning and execution of impactful events across the region – a key GTM channel -applying a keen emphasis on enhancing brand visibility and generating leads. Acting as lead for the iManage regional ConnectLive Roadshow. Event responsibilities includes end-to-end event management, project management, programme planning, database selection/audience acquisition and co-ordination with stakeholders globally, including management of any outsourced event support and budget management. Responsible for ensuring all events are effectively measured with appropriate follow-up.
- Managing and building relationships with third-party Conference and Events vendors to drive in-market brand awareness, lead generation, thought-leadership opportunities, and to amplify regional and corporate messaging.
- Working collaboratively with the Channel Team to ensure co-partner marketing activity is effectively amplified via all iManage available channels, including web posts, social, event logistics, campaigns, PR and case studies. Proactively build relationships with partner organizations, identifying opportunities to collaborate with them. To also develop partner programmes in region and be responsible for driving partner MQLs as well as being a key contact for partner marketing engagement.
- Building and managing key relationships with associations, media publications and directory vendors to maintain established connections in order to amplify in region activity.
- Creating and maintaining solid relationships with our regional customer and partner community, through local user groups, online communities and customer advocacy program
- Partnering with the Product and Audience Marketing Team to ensure you feed in regional requirements, agree regional and global messaging, and have appropriate sales enablement to suit markets
- Working closely with the Global PR and External Communications Director to drive regional PR strategy and to assist in obtaining as much PR, case study and advocacy from in-region wins. To ensure this is created on a timely basis, that is amplifed and promoted through out the region to support credibility, market leadership and awareness.
- Ensuring all activity is measured and reacts to success metrics. To perform actionable analysis, and to make demonstrable, data driven decisions to improve outcomes and ROI. This includes working with Sales Teams on follow-up for all activity eg post-event, or other lead generation activity.
- Experience in building and executing integrated campaigns across multiple marketing tactics and platforms across new logo account base.
- A track record of partnering with Sales teams to build pipeline and drive bottom line results
- Experience with analytical tools and demonstrate an ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Proven ability to track and report on various aspects of campaign effectiveness indexing on Qualified Sales opportunities
- Strong execution capability with highest standards in driving results
- The ability to project manage activity through the wider internal Marketing functions and with external agencies and contractors
- Experience working within a matrix environment to drive program creation and success
- Understanding of integrated marketing and the entire marketing mix
- Highly strategic processes, and am a consultative player who can plan (think) and execute (do)
- The ability to think outside of the box and innovate the art of marketing
- A proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams
- The ability to articulate and present plans teams and confidence in communicating with senior level sales
- Fantastic collaboration skills and experience to work effectively across functions
- High resourcefulness and am proactive and can demonstrate initiative, and work well within a team, but also independently
- Demonstrable problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with MarTech tools such as webinar conferencing tools, email platforms would be desirable
- Previous experience in Account-based Marketing.
