- Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to motivate and guide teams to success in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Customer Focus: Strong passion for service excellence, with a proactive approach to customer needs and satisfaction
- Compliance Knowledge: RSA & RSG certifications essential; knowledge of gaming and WHS regulations preferred.
- Operational Expertise: Experience managing daily hotel operations including staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial impacts, including stock control, revenue opportunities, and cost efficiency
